Text Amendment #76-01 - On March 5, 2013, the Board of Trustees adopted a text amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.  The amendment was to Section 5.26.R, and addressed the maximum allowable size for real estate signs on properties over ten (10) acres when those properties are adjacent to either M-59, Old US-23, or US-23.
