MISSION STATEMENT

To provide quality services, to exceed expectations, to steward the resources entrusted to us, and to promote and protect our environment and the health, safety and welfare of all who live, work or visit Hartland Township.

Hartland Township is governed by a seven (7) member Board of Trustees, of which two (2) have full-time statutory duties (Clerk and Treasurer) and five (5) are part-time (Supervisor and four Trustees). The Township Manager is appointed by the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the various operating departments of the Township organization.

If you have a question or concern please bring it to the attention of the appropriate department(s).  If you feel that the matter has not been resolved satisfactorily, you are encouraged to contact the Township Manager directly, and then bring it to the attention of the Township Board if it still is not resolved to your satisfaction.
