Hartland Veterans Memorial at Settlers Park

We’re thrilled to announce that the Hartland Veterans Memorial is now open at Settlers Park! Thanks to the Township Board’s support, funds have been allocated this fiscal year to kick off this meaningful project, honoring the brave men and women who have served our country.

Our official dedication day will be held on May 2nd, 2026. Join us as we honor the sacrifices of Veterans and their families. 

There will be many ways for you to get involved! Opportunities for donation and sponsorship are available, along with the opportunity to purchase a service member brick to be part of this lasting tribute. Please fill out the forms below and mail to:

 To have your brick included in the spring installment, submit payment and form by prior year's Labor Day. To have your brick included in the fall installment, submit payment and form by Memorial Day.
