Platinum Winterfest Sponsor Pioneer Cabinetry: Building a sense of community

For Winterfest Platinum Sponsor Larry Fox, business is a family matter. That's in part because his son, Brendan, works for his semi-custom, built-to-order cabinetry company, but also because of the environment and sense of community he's worked hard to build, in and out of his workplace. Started over 35 years ago, Pioneer Cabinetry holds quality as its highest  priority in their products while creating a community among their employees. 

“All 90 of our employees feel like family,” says Larry, the owner and president of Pioneer Cabinetry in Davison. “We recently celebrated company anniversaries for employees, some with 20 and 25 years of service.”

Both of Larry's children went to Hartland High School, and he and his wife Kelly are active in the community in many ways. Besides supporting events like Winterfest and employing dozens of people, Larry also serves as chair of the Township's Planning Commission. 
“I’m a strong believer in building the community and shaping its identity to draw people into our township. Winterfest is an event that builds togetherness," Larry says. "I want Hartland to be a great place, and these types of community festivals support that mission.”
