Description: The Second Amendment to the approved plans includes the incorporation of the northwest corner of the Planned Development (2.1 acres), into the rental portion of the PD. The subject area is to be retained by Lexington Homes. LLC. This area was labeled as Future Commercial Development on previously approved plans, with the intent of developing this area with commercial uses, at a future time. The proposed site plan now shows six (6) additional single-family rental homes in the 2.1-acre portion of the development, along the north side of Abernethy Street. The rental homes are labeled as R32 through R37 on the plan.
