Clerk Assistant – Elections
Hartland Township is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Clerk Assistant – Elections to support the Clerk’s Office in administering municipal elections and providing a range of clerical services. This role involves managing voter records, assisting with election preparation and compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
In addition to election duties, the position supports public services such as cemetery record management, park reservations, passport application processing, and notary services. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
